We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our development team and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information between clients, developers, and designers

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with senior management

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

- Track project progress and performance using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings

- Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion and high-quality output

- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders

- Act as the single point of contact for clients and ensure clear, professional communication

- Support QA teams during testing and UAT phases

- Ensure adherence to agile development practices and project workflows

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

- 13 years of experience in project coordination within an IT/software/mobile app development environment

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Slack, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies is a plus

Preferred (Not Mandatory) :

- Experience in client-facing roles

- Exposure to project management tools like MS Project, Monday.com

- Certification in Agile/Scrum or PMP (a plus)
