Key Requirements :

Oracle EPM FCCS :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM FCCS.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations (mandatory).

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. Ownership Management

2. Equity Pick-Up

3. Custom Rules

4. Cash Flow Automation

5. Intercompany Eliminations

6. Supplemental Data Manager (SDM)

7. Close Manager

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, accounting principles, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and month-end close processes.

- Ability to lead business workshops, design sessions, and manage functional and technical discussions.

- Experience guiding integration teams, conducting SIT/UAT, and handling production migrations.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable FCCS configurations.

Oracle HCM :

- 5+ years of domain expertise in Oracle HCM.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.

- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.

- Strong working knowledge of Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.

Responsibilities :

- Lead FCCS solution design, configuration, and deployment.

- Implement best practices and customize FCCS to support financial consolidation and close processes.

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct business workshops and solution design sessions.

- Support integration activities, system testing (SIT/UAT), and production migrations.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

- Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining solution quality.
