Role Description :


- GenAI System Design : Architect and develop GenAI/LLM-based systems using frameworks like LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Prompt Engineering & Agent Design : Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and agent-based workflows to build intelligent, context-aware AI systems.

- Technical Roadmapping : Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define and drive the technical roadmap for LLM and GenAI initiatives.

- AI Solution Delivery : Translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with business SMEs, product owners, and data engineering teams to align AI models with real-world use cases.

- System Optimization : Contribute to code reviews, system architecture discussions, and performance tuning of deployed models.


Required Skills :


- 7- 12 years of total experience in ML/Software Engineering, with 34 years of recent experience in LLMs and Generative AI.

- Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, and SQL.

Deep understanding of LLM concepts including :

- Prompt tuning

- Embeddings

- Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)

- Agent frameworks

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid understanding of ML pipelines, deployment strategies, and GenAI use cases.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
