Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in banking and financial services applications including SWIFT, SFMS, NEFT/RTGS, Export/Import operations, and Finacle platforms. The candidate must have hands-on experience with middleware components such as IBM MQ, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, and Java. Experience in adhering to ISO 9001 : 2008 and ISO 27001 standards, and following established IT policies and procedures, is essential.

This role involves real-time monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless application functionality and high availability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 support for banking applications including SWIFT, SFMS, NEFT/RTGS, Export, Import modules.

- Manage and support IBM MQ messaging services, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, and associated Java-based application servers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, middleware, and integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to investigate and resolve critical issues.

- Perform application health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 27001 standards, and internal IT policies and procedures.

- Support deployments and configuration management in production and UAT environments.

- Document root cause analysis (RCA), resolution steps, and maintain knowledge base.

- Conduct system and user acceptance testing support for application changes and upgrades.

- Work with Finacle Core Banking System (9.x, 10.x, 11.x) including troubleshooting interface or data-related issues.

- Monitor logs and queues for error handling and system performance indicators
