Role: Application Migration Engineer / IT Transformation Engineer.

Mandatory Skills:

- Lead site-level planning, coordination, and execution for business transitions, infrastructure migrations, and application transformation initiatives.

- Act as the central point of coordination between business teams, IT teams, application coordinators, infrastructure teams, and external service providers.

- Drive site readiness assessments and develop comprehensive migration plans.

- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across applications, infrastructure, business operations, security, and end-user readiness.

- Manage migration schedules, dependencies, risks, escalations, and issue resolution to ensure smooth execution.

- Organize and facilitate governance meetings, review sessions, readiness checkpoints, and migration command center activities.

- Work closely with business leaders, manufacturing operations, shopfloor teams, and site IT stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and minimal business disruption.

Desired Skills:

- Support environment setup, deployment validation, testing coordination, and production readiness activities.

- Analyze and coordinate firewall rules, network connectivity requirements, DNS dependencies, and application integrations.

- Support critical enterprise applications, including ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, middleware, and reporting systems.

- Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and technical issues to ensure timely execution.

- Provide technical inputs and status updates for governance meetings, management reviews, and project reporting.
