Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Application Lead with expertise in SAP HCM Payroll to lead application design, development, and configuration initiatives. You will act as the primary point of contact, driving collaboration across teams and ensuring delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP HCM Payroll

- Lead and manage team activities, ensuring high performance and accountability

- Take ownership of key technical and functional decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members

- Ensure alignment with compliance regulations and business requirements

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll

- In-depth understanding of payroll processes & compliance

- Experience with SAP HCM modules and system integrations

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with project management methodologies

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll

- 15 years of full-time education required
