We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with deep expertise in Oracle SOA OSB to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, ownership of application delivery, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, on-time project execution.

Role Overview :

As an Application Lead, you will serve as the primary technical and delivery owner for applications built on Oracle SOA OSB. You will guide development teams, drive architectural decisions, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. You will also play a critical role in stakeholder communication and strategic planning throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, build, configuration, and deployment of applications

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle SOA OSB and related integration technologies

- Own technical decision-making and guide the team on best practices and standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across systems

- Identify risks, resolve complex technical issues, and propose effective solutions

- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans to meet delivery timelines

- Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions

- Ensure adherence to application design, security, and performance standards

- Support strategic planning by aligning delivery goals with organizational objectives

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across multiple teams

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Hands-on proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB

- Strong understanding of application architecture and enterprise integration patterns

- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and middleware solutions

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

- Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools

- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and mentor technical teams

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a lead or senior technical role

- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple teams and stakeholders

- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
