- Connect and coordinate with teams to ensure all teams are following a standard way of working and are implementing in-control requirements.

- Connect and coordinate with Appian representatives to report on platform findings, understand upcoming initiatives, and co-ordinate proof of concept builds or code reviews.

- Present updates and knowledge transfer sessions to other Appian teams.

- Communicate planned disruptions or incidents with the broader Appian users.

- Maintain a knowledge base and standardized way-of-working.

- Prepare security and compliance documentation in a timely manner.

- Help in maintaining the product backlog and ensure items are prioritized and thoroughly refined.

- Identify gaps in knowledge, in-control items, and ways we can improve or scale the platform.

- Develop proof-of-concept builds and develop and maintain common applications.

- Sound knowledge of Appian frameworks or utility applications such as Transaction Manager, Object Locking, AQuAMan, Script Management Tool, etc.

- Good knowledge of deployments, post-deployments, the Admin Console, and Azure applications and pipelines.

- Decent understanding of IAM.

- Monitor and report on platform health.

- Able to pick up new work as priorities change.

- Proactive and is able to identify gaps and create work items to address them.
