Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership :

1. Lead Appian development and implementation projects from inception to deployment.

2. Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Solution Design & Development :

1. Design Appian applications including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, reports, and sites.

2. Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Appian smart services.

- Implementation & Deployment :

1. Manage configuration, environment setup, and deployment activities.

2. Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and performance optimization.

- Team Management :

1. Mentor and guide Appian developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce quality standards.

- Stakeholder Engagement :

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Appian BPM (SAIL, Process Models, Rules, Records, Sites).

- Expertise in Appian plug-ins, smart services, and Appian Administration.

- Proficiency in integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services).

- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Nice-to-Have :

- Knowledge of Java or other backend technologies.

- Experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Mandatory skills : Appian BPM, Appian Plug-ins, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, SQL

Desired skills : Data base knowledge (MYSQL, ORCAL, AZURE DB)
