Role : Appian/ BPM Solution Specialist

We are seeking a high-impact Appian Solution Specialist to anchor our solutioning and pre-sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping winning customer pursuits while strengthening and mentoring a 100+ member Appian consulting practice.

What You Will Do :

Drive Strategic Solutioning :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture on the Appian platform for enterprise customer pursuits

- Partner closely with sales and pre-sales teams on RFPs, demos, estimations, and technical presentations

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Appian architectures aligned with business outcomes

- Provide risk assessment, sizing, and implementation roadmaps

Strengthen Technical Governance :

- Define best practices, reusable frameworks, and architectural standards

- Conduct solution reviews, performance validations, and integration design assessments

- Ensure adherence to enterprise-grade security and governance standards

- Stay current with the latest Appian releases and platform advancements

Mentor & Elevate the Practice :

- Guide and mentor a large pool of Appian consultants across varying experience levels

- Lead architecture reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives

- Support certification readiness and continuous upskilling across the practice

Enable AI-Driven Development :

- Leverage GenAI and emerging agentic AI concepts to enhance productivity and innovation

- Demonstrate working familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as :

a. GitHub Copilot

b. Cursor

- Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into Appian-led solutions

What Were Looking For :

- 8 to 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and solution architecture

- 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (SAIL, process models, records, integrations, data modeling)

- Strong experience in pre-sales support and customer-facing solutioning

- Expertise in enterprise integrations (APIs, web services, external systems)

- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills

- Appian Senior/Lead Developer certification preferred
