Description :
We are looking for a highly driven Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead end-to-end project delivery.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking to bridge the gap between business needs and technology execution.
You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, gathering and translating requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Delivery :
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery
- Handle release planning and deployment coordination
Business Analysis :
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories, use cases, and workflows
- Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions
Stakeholder & Client Management :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
- Drive requirement discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
- Manage client communications, expectations, and escalations
- Provide regular status updates and reporting
Collaboration & Coordination :
- Work closely with Developers, QA teams, Product Managers, and Designers
- Ensure alignment across teams for smooth delivery cycles
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making
Pre-Sales & Strategy Support :
- Support pre-sales activities including requirement understanding and solutioning
- Contribute to proposals, estimations, and client presentations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Change Management :
- Manage scope changes and requirement updates effectively
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and impact analysis
- Maintain version control and change logs
Technical Skills & Tools :
Project Management Tools :
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Documentation & Collaboration Tools :
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with Google Docs / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Hunt Docs / Notion / Confluence
Design & Requirement Tools :
- Working knowledge of Figma for reviewing wireframes and collaborating with design teams
- Ability to interpret UI/UX flows and translate into functional requirements
Technical Understanding :
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Basic knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams on technical concepts
