Job Description

Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Product Designer to drive the strategic direction and execution of our product design initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of product management acumen, design leadership, and process optimization skills, with a strong emphasis on leveraging modern design tools and accelerating development through innovative approaches, including low-code/no-code solutions.


You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, fostering a strong design philosophy, and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities :


Product Strategy and Execution :


- Own and strategically evolve the product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with overarching business objectives, critical user needs, and market opportunities.


- Translate ambiguous and complex problems into clear, well-defined product goals and actionable design and development plans.


- Partner seamlessly with engineering, data science, and key business stakeholders to rapidly ship high-impact features and product enhancements in an efficient manner.


- Lead comprehensive discovery sprints, conduct in-depth user interviews, and execute product experiments with clearly defined and measurable outcomes.


Design Leadership :


- Drive and instill a strong design philosophy throughout the organization, deeply grounded in principles of usability, accessibility, and simplicity.


- Ensure consistency and cohesion across the entire product ecosystem by effectively utilizing and evolving scalable design systems.


- Champion clean, modern UI and UX by staying continuously updated with the latest design trends, patterns, and best practices.


- Guide critical design decisions with compelling user insights, rigorous usability testing, and robust data analysis.


Process Orientation and Problem Solving :


- Establish and optimize efficient workflows across product and design teams, spanning the entire lifecycle from initial ideation to successful product launch.


- Identify bottlenecks and implement lightweight, scalable processes that actively foster seamless collaboration and continuous iteration.


- Bring clarity to complex situations, transforming chaos into elegant, intuitive, and effective solutions.


- Foster a proactive problem-solving culture within the team, rooted in design thinking methodologies and structured decision-making processes.


Tooling and Technical Design :


- Strategically leverage and implement low-code/no-code tools (including Webflow, Framer, Bravo Studio, Bubble, and similar platforms) to rapidly prototype or build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).


- Utilize modern product and design tools (including Figma, FigJam, Notion, Jira, and Amplitude) to drive efficient collaboration, transparency, and data-informed design decisions.


- Continuously push the boundaries of what's possible with minimal code to significantly accelerate the pace of product development and innovation.


Required Skills and Qualifications :


- 2+ years of extensive experience spanning both product management and product design roles.


- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or cross-functional role, guiding teams or significant initiatives.


- A strong, compelling portfolio showcasing your exceptional design sensibility, robust problem-solving ability, and tangible product outcomes.


- Deep understanding and practical experience with product discovery methodologies, user research techniques, and agile development processes.


- Expertise in leveraging low-code tools and hands-on experience with modern design systems for both web and mobile platforms.


- Passionate about clean design, deeply rooted in user-centered thinking, and committed to crafting experiences that "just work."


- Highly collaborative team player, yet capable of working independently and taking ownership; able to lead a team or jump in hands-on as needed.


- Inherently curious and current, always seeking to learn, experiment with new technologies, and iterate on solutions.
