Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Engineer at Antino Labs, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build, train, and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business challenges.

Your work will directly impact our clients by enabling them to make data-driven decisions, automate complex processes, and improve their overall performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to solve complex business problems.

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment, ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Collaborate with data scientists to experiment with different algorithms and techniques to optimize model performance and accuracy.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply them to improve our solutions.

- Communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and data visualization techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
