Job Description :

Anoud Tech is looking for an Oracle Lead to drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and use modern AI tools to deliver faster and better solutions for the insurance industry.

Role Summary :

The Oracle Lead will own the technical delivery of Oracle-based solutions. You will lead a team, translate business needs into robust solutions, resolve business-critical issues, and use AI tools like Claude to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle-based solutions, enhancements, and defect fixes.

- Provide quick, effective solutions to technical and business-critical issues.

- Proactively understand business requirements and anticipate issues.

- Drive assigned tasks, change requests, and projects to completion.

- Mentor and coach team members technically.

- Set clear expectations, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Own Oracle architecture decisions, including performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Design and oversee API integrations and API gateway processing.

- Use AI tools (especially Claude) to speed up development and debugging.

Required Skills :

- 9 to 13 years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle.

- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.

- Strong Oracle (database, PL/SQL) and SQL skills.

- Oracle architecture, Oracle Reports, and Jasper Reports.

- Cloud platforms, with AWS experience.

- API integrations and API gateway processing.

- Practical use of AI tools (Claude) for development.

- Insurance domain knowledge and understanding of financial transaction flows.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).

Work Details :

- Location : Tharamani, Chennai.

- Work mode : 5 days a week from office.
