The Role :

Anoud is hiring an Operations Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our Insurance product implementation for onshore/global clients, working out of our Chennai offshore team.

This is an application implementation delivery role - the person will lead product configuration, rollout, and go-live delivery for insurance clients, not infrastructure or platform operations.

Strong stakeholder management is core to this role, as the person will be the primary bridge between onshore business/client stakeholders and the offshore implementation team.

Insurance Product Implementation & Delivery Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of Insurance product implementations - configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live

- Ensure implementation delivery consistently meets agreed SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and client expectations

- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and governance across implementation and engineering teams

- Monitor delivery performance, identify implementation risks, and initiate corrective actions

- Drive delivery maturity through standardization, automation, process improvement, and implementation best practices

- Ensure business-critical product rollouts have appropriate coverage, documented procedures, and escalation mechanisms

- Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, client satisfaction, and product reliability

- Provide regular management reporting covering implementation health, risks, issues, and improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore/global client stakeholders and leadership

- Lead client and internal governance calls, presenting delivery status, risks, and outcomes with clarity and confidence

- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology

- Own escalations end-to-end - fast resolution, transparent and proactive communication

- Manage expectations across multiple stakeholder groups (client, onshore leadership, offshore delivery team) simultaneously

Team & People Management :

- Manage and grow team leads and implementation/delivery managers

- Own capacity planning and resource allocation across implementation projects

- Build a culture of ownership and accountability; support career growth and succession planning

AI-Enabled Delivery :

- Actively use AI tools in day-to-day delivery work - reporting, status updates, documentation, risk analysis, and productivity tasks

- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted workflows within the delivery team to improve speed and quality

- Comfortable evaluating and recommending AI tools that can streamline implementation and operational processes

Reporting :

- Own weekly/monthly implementation reporting : SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, risk status, and client feedback

Required Experience :

- 10+ years in IT Delivery Management, Implementation Management, or Insurance Technology Delivery

- 6 - 8 years specifically managing offshore delivery/implementation teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholders

- Mandatory : Experience delivering Insurance product implementations (policy admin, claims, underwriting, or related insurance platforms)

- Proven, demonstrable strength in stakeholder management - client-facing experience is essential, not just internal team coordination

- Comfortable using AI tools daily as part of delivery workflow (reporting, documentation, analysis)

- Demonstrated ownership of delivery governance and KPI reporting

Required Skills :

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP (Project Management Professional) - Preferred for strong project, delivery, planning, risk, budget, and stakeholder management capabilities

- ITIL 4 Foundation / Managing Professional - Preferred for service management, incident, problem, change, and governance experience

- PRINCE2 Practitioner - Preferred for structured project governance and delivery controls

- Agile / Scrum certification - Desirable for Agile, DevOps, and product-oriented delivery environments

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
