What you will need (Essential Skills & Qualifications) :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or an equivalent with at least 3 years with good understanding of Android development.

- Good problem-solving, written and oral communication skills

Technical Skills include :

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

- Experience with the Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, NDK, C++

- Experience with JSON concepts and REST APIs to connect Android applications to backend services

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common task

- Familiarity with video and image processing using NDK or native tools or SDKs

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

- Familiarity with continuous integration and Knowledge of emerging technologies, mobile architectures, trends and landscapes

- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines

- Secure in-app purchases

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Android development
