Core Responsibilities :

- Lead sprint planning, reviews, retros, and Scrum of Scrums

- Own dependency mapping across platform, integrations, and services

- Remove blockers impacting roadmap commitments and enterprise releases

- Coach squads on story slicing, estimation, velocity, and delivery rigor

- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering Managers, Architects, and TPMs

- Track flow metrics : predictability, spillover, cycle time, release confidence

- Improve Agile operating model across pods and global teams

Must-Have Skills :

- Elite Scrum, scaled Agile leadership

- SaaS product engineering delivery experience

- Strong technical fluency : APIs, cloud, data workflows, platform dependencies

- Jira / Confluence / Jira Align mastery

- Outstanding stakeholder influence and executive communication

- Proven success with globally distributed engineering teams

- Strong systems thinking and bottleneck elimination mindset

- Deep coaching capability to build self-managing squads

- Experience in enterprise B2B product environments
