You will translate nuanced executive pain points into elegant, scalable product experiences, while partnering with exceptional engineers, design leaders, data scientists, GTM teams, and senior business stakeholders to build products that become indispensable to global enterprises.

Your Impact :

- Define and drive product vision for a high-scale B2B SaaS platform serving elite enterprise users with uncompromising expectations.

- Obsess over customer pain points through direct conversations with C-suite leaders, power users, admins, and enterprise operators.

- Convert ambiguous business friction into crisp product requirements, scalable workflows, and measurable customer outcomes.

- Lead complex product initiatives across platform, integrations, workflows, data, AI, security, and enterprise-grade UX.

- Partner with top-tier engineering teams to make architecture-aware trade-offs across scale, performance, reliability, privacy, and extensibility.

- Influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders using structured thinking, product narratives, and data-backed prioritization.

- Build differentiated platform capabilities that create strategic advantage and high switching costs.

- Define success metrics across adoption, retention, workflow efficiency, NPS, expansion revenue, and enterprise stickiness.

- Create product mechanisms that scale from single-team use cases to global multi-business deployments.

Ideal Background :

- 4+ years in Product Management with significant B2B SaaS experience

- Proven success building products for enterprise executives, admins, or complex workflow users

- Experience in platform products, workflow automation, planning systems, developer platforms, or AI-enabled enterprise software

- Track record of working with distinguished engineering organizations and senior leadership teams

- Prior exposure to high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS ecosystems is strongly preferred
