Job Title : Anaplan Consultant

Location : Hyderabad

Total Exp : 3-5+ Years

Anaplan Exp : 2- 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build Anaplan models to support financial planning, sales forecasting, and supply chain optimization for clients.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Anaplan solutions.

- Develop and implement data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow into Anaplan models.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Anaplan functionality and best practices, fostering user adoption and proficiency.

- Participate in agile project management activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely project delivery.

- Contribute to the development of Anaplan solution architecture and design standards, promoting consistency and scalability across projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan models and data integrations, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Anaplan models, data flows, and business processes, facilitating knowledge transfer and ongoing support.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Anaplan models for various business functions, including FP&A, sales forecasting, and supply chain planning.

- Proven experience in data modeling, data integration, and business analytics, enabling effective data-driven decision-making.

- Strong understanding of financial planning processes, sales forecasting methodologies, and supply chain management principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment, demonstrating adaptability and a focus on iterative delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.
