About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong backend engineering expertise and hands-on exposure to Machine Learning and data-driven systems.

In this role, you will work on building and scaling analytical and ML-powered solutions-owning the full lifecycle from problem definition and data preparation to model integration, deployment, and monitoring in production systems.

This position requires a balance of deep Python engineering skills, an understanding of ML workflows, and the ability to collaborate closely with data science and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to architectural and design discussions for scalable, ML-enabled systems.

- Design, develop, and unit test Python-based features and services.

- Maintain and enhance the Analytical Engine that powers the ATH product.

- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate and deploy ML models into production.

- Build and maintain microservices and APIs for analytical and ML solutions.

- Ensure smooth and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate in estimations and ensure on-time delivery of features.

- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

- Mentor junior team members on coding best practices, design patterns, and ML-aware engineering.

Essential Experience and Skillset for The Role :

- Generative AI (GenAI): Expertise in developing and deploying Generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven solutions for real-world applications.

- LangChain & Lang Graph: Experience in integrating LangChain for LLM-based applications, building Lang Graph agents, and automating workflows with language models.

- Vector Databases (Vector DB): Familiar with using Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and We aviate for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, combining retrieval-based models with generation models to improve accuracy and response relevance.

- Transformers & Fine-tuning: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5), with experience in fine-tuning models for specific tasks like NLP, text generation, and chatbots.

- Model Fine-tuning Processes: Skilled in fine-tuning pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks, including the use of transfer learning, few-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.
