Role Overview :
As an Analytics Consultant, you will drive data-driven strategies for global Life Sciences clients. You will be responsible for translating complex business questions into actionable insights, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and pharmaceutical domain expertise to optimize commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Commercial Strategy : Lead high-impact analytics projects including Market Mix Modeling (MMM), Test & Control analytics, Omni-channel Engagement (OCE) analytics, and Budget Optimization.
- Data Insights : Analyze large-scale pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, APLD, Rx, Claims, and Veeva CRM) to identify growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings through crisp, client-ready narratives and executive-level presentations.
- Advanced Analytics : Apply AI/ML techniques to solve business problems in patient analytics, market access, and sales force effectiveness.
- Mentorship : Provide informal coaching to junior analysts and contribute to organizational thought leadership (POVs, case studies).
Technical Skills :
- Programming : High proficiency in Python, SQL, and SAS.
- Visualization : Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Methodologies : Strong grasp of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and decision
sciences.
- Domain : Deep understanding of the Pharma/Life Sciences commercial landscape and data ecosystems.
Qualifications :
- Advanced degree (MBA/M.Tech/M.Pharm) or undergraduate degree in Life
Sciences/Engineering with relevant experience.
