About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Consultant with strong experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to deliver data-driven insights and advanced analytical solutions.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of analytics projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and applying statistical/ML techniques to solve real-world commercial and marketing problems.

Key Responsibilities :


Analytics Delivery & Execution :


- Own and support end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition to insights delivery


- Perform data preparation, analysis, and quality checks (QC)

- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve business problems

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs

Commercial & Pharma Analytics :


- Work on commercial analytics use cases such as Market Mix Modelling (MMM), Test & Control, OCE analytics, and Budget Optimization


- Translate complex data into actionable business insights impacting sales and marketing outcomes

- Stay updated with pharma analytics trends and best practices

Product & Solution Development :


- Contribute to the development of analytics solutions, dashboards, and data pipelines

- Support design, validation, and deployment of analytical models and tools

- Collaborate on product enhancements and innovation initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration :


- Work closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders


- Support client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution presentation

- Contribute to new initiatives and analytical solution building


Ideal Candidate :


Mandatory (Experience) :


- 3+ years of experience in Analytics / Decision Sciences


- Minimum 2+ years in Pharma / Life Sciences domain


Mandatory (Core Skills) :


- Hands-on experience in end-to-end analytics projects (problem solving analysis insights

delivery)


- Strong ability to translate data into business recommendations (sales/marketing impact)

- Experience working in cross-functional or client-facing environments

Mandatory (Commercial Analytics) :


- Experience in Market Mix Modelling (MMM), Test & Control, OCE Analytics, Budget Optimization


Mandatory (Technical Skills) :


- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R)


- Experience with statistical modeling / machine learning techniques


Mandatory (Tools) :


- Exposure to tools such as YUMI, Telmar, Comscore, or similar analytics platforms
Preferred (Visualization Tools)


- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker

Additional Information :


- Work Mode : Hybrid (WFH flexibility 6 days/month)


- Compensation : CTC includes 10% variable pay
