Job Summary :

We are looking for a Workday Certified AMS Consultant - Time & Absence with 2 - 3 years of experience in supporting or implementing Workday HCM, preferably in an Application Management Services (AMS) or post-production support environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support business users while ensuring compliance with workforce policies and downstream payroll impacts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday Time & Absence issues within SLA timelines.

- Configure and maintain Time Tracking and Absence business processes.

- Support enhancements, change requests, and system optimization.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Configure complex Time Tracking, Work Schedules, Shift Patterns, Time Calculations, and Absence Plans.

- Monitor integrations and identify downstream impacts on Payroll and other HCM modules.

- Perform impact analysis, testing, and documentation for system changes.

- Participate in Workday releases, regression testing, and production deployments.

- Maintain functional documentation and knowledge base.

Required Skills :

- 2 - 3 years of Workday HCM experience.

- Experience in AMS or post-production support.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Workday Time Tracking

2. Workday Absence

- Experience with :

1. Time Calculations

2. Work Schedules

3. Shift Configuration

4. Eligibility Rules

5. Absence Plans

- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and payroll impacts.

- Experience with Workday Business Processes.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Workday Time Tracking Certification OR Workday Absence Certification (Mandatory)

- Candidates without Workday Certification will not be considered.
