We are looking for an EMS Platform Services Testing Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of EMS (Energy Management System) platform services. The role involves functional, integration, and non-functional testing of platform-level services in distributed and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, integration, and system testing of EMS platform services.

- Validate EMS workflows, data processing, service orchestration, and integrations.

- Design and execute API test cases for EMS microservices.

- Conduct performance, load, and reliability testing for EMS services.

- Validate data accuracy, message flows, and event handling.

- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Support regression testing during releases and upgrades.

- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to test strategy and quality improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in platform or services testing (EMS or similar enterprise platforms).

- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST, JSON, Postman, REST Assured).

- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data validation.

Good to Have :

- Performance testing experience (JMeter, OctoPerf).

- Automation testing experience (Selenium, Playwright).

- Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Agile/Scrum experience.
