AML Test Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document detailed business and UAT requirements from stakeholders

- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT testing cycles

- Create test cases, scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements

- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA

- Perform system and functional testing to ensure quality and compliance

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

- Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams

- Identify and mitigate risks related to system implementation

- Ensure user experience and usability standards are met

- Maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and testing results

Technical Skills :

- Requirement Gathering High proficiency

- JIRA & Excel High proficiency (defect tracking, reporting, formulas, data analysis, automation)

- Agile Methodologies

- Quality Assurance & Testing

- User Experience (UX) understanding

- Stakeholder Communication High proficiency
