The Technology Specialist is responsible for implementing a holistic observability platform that enables full-stack visibility, real-time insights, and predictive intelligence across the Amdocs ecosystem. This role plays a pivotal part in the AIOps transformation, driving unified telemetry, data correlation, and integration with automation workflows. The candidate must have hands-on experience with AIOps-centric observability solutions and deep expertise in both infrastructure and application performance monitoring.

What will your job look like :

- Deploy observability pipelines to support logs, metrics, traces, events, synthetic monitoring, and real-user monitoring (RUM) across hybrid infrastructure :

1. Datadog / Dynatrace / SolarWinds (full-stack monitoring and AIOps analytics)

2. Grafana stack (infrastructure monitoring, log aggregation)

3. Operations Bridge Manager, Sitescope

- Enable event correlation and noise reduction mechanisms by integrating telemetry streams into ServiceNow Event Management or other manager-of-managers platforms.

- Support deployment of AIOps features such as automatic root cause analysis, predictive alerting, and intelligent incident triage.

- Define and implement dashboards, KPIs, and SLOs/SLIs in tools like Grafana, Datadog, or Dynatrace.

- Develop custom scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform.

- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure observability data feeds align with CMDB and service models.

All you need is... :

- 6-8+ years of experience in observability platform, enterprise monitoring and AIOps platform architecture.

- Proven experience in observability transformation projects across large-scale, hybrid environments

- Strong understanding of OpenTelemetry, data correlation patterns, and AI/ML-driven observability.

- Familiarity with integrating observability stacks into automation engines (using ansible, Jenkins, shell and phyton scripting) and ITSM platforms.

- Datadog / Dynatrace certifications are preferred.
