Role overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist (5-9 years experience) to drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our engineering ecosystem. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud platforms, and container orchestration.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and scaling DevOps platforms, improving developer productivity, and ensuring secure, highly available systems across environments.

Key responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects using tools like Jenkins, Nexus, Version Control SVN or GitHub.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using IAC tools such as Terraform.

- Manage and administer containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), and Helm.

- Lead release management processes, ensuring safe, predictable, and seamless package availability to project team.

- Work with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions, including networking, storage, security, and compute.

- Ensure compliance and security best practices in CI/CD pipelines, cloud, and infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, applications, and networks.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, delivery teams to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery pipelines.

Required/Must have skills & qualifications :

- Strong hands-on expertise with DevOps tools : Jenkins, Nexus/Artifactory, GitHub, Code Scanning tools like CheckMarx, WIZ or SonarQube, Maven/Ant/Gradle, NPM etc.

- Proficiency with at least one cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Deep knowledge of containers & orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm charts.

- Strong scripting/programming ability in at least two languages (Shell, Python, Groovy, PowerShell).

- Experience in release management and handling deployments in production environments.

- System administration expertise in Linux and/or Windows environments, including networking, performance tuning.

- Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Preferred qualifications :

- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.

- Exposure to microservices architectures.

Nice to have :

- Hands-on development experience (Java, Python, or C#) with understanding of application architecture
