Job Description :

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science, or experience working in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

- 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience.

- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.

- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.

- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).

- 3+ years analyzing and interpreting data using SQL, Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, Hadoop/Hive, or similar technologies.

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL with ability to handle large datasets.

- Ability to deliver high-quality work with limited guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain scalable data models and dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance metrics.

- Conduct deep-dive investigations into operational data to identify root causes of performance fluctuations and propose data-backed solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics for new product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

- Automate recurring analytical tasks and reporting workflows to improve team productivity and data accuracy across the organization.

- Present complex analytical findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner to facilitate informed strategic planning.
