Description :

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Knowledge Graphs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and deploying AI/ML models to production. This role requires deep familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph to develop robust LLM-powered applications and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Knowledge Graph architectures to structure and connect enterprise data.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for scalable information retrieval and contextual AI responses.

- Lead the deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models in production environments.

- Develop LLM-powered applications and agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.

- Establish best practices for AI architecture, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Knowledge Graph design and implementation.

- Hands-on expertise in RAG pipeline development.

- Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

- Proven track record of taking AI/ML models from development to production.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.

Experience :

- 6+ years in software engineering or AI/ML development

- 3+ years of experience designing and building AI-driven applications and solutions.
