Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java-based test automation, Selenium WebDriver, and Robot Framework.

The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Robot Framework.

- Build and enhance automation frameworks aligned with project needs.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.

- Analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.

- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and process standards.

- Mentor junior QA team members as needed.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Automation Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java.

- Extensive experience using Selenium WebDriver.

- Practical working experience with Robot Framework.

- Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.

- Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting.

- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
