ABOUT THE JOB :

We are looking for a talented senior UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating mock-ups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

- Conceptualizing original UI/UX design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Develop design solutions for various platforms.

- Establish consistent brand and creative designs.

- Communicate ideas with product managers using mock-up and look books.

- Collect feedback from product managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria.

- Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure.

- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

JOB CRITERIA :

- 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in design, user experience, or related field.

- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe XD, knowledge of Photoshop & other design tools is a plus

- Experience in delivering end-to-end web/mobile designs independently

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps for web, mobile responsive and mobile applications.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.

- Basic understanding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
