Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation and intelligent automation solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analysing business processes, designing scalable RPA solutions, and developing and deploying automation workflows using UiPath.

The role requires hands-on exposure to UiPath development along with experience in AI-driven automation capabilities such as Document Understanding, Communication Mining and AI Center. The candidate should also be comfortable working with version control systems, CI/CD practices, process documentation, and enterprise-scale automation deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using the UiPath RPA platform.

- Identify suitable business processes and opportunities for automation across different functional areas.

- Analyse existing processes and recommend effective automation strategies.

- Conduct process walkthroughs and discussions with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable RPA solutions.

- Create detailed process flows, solution designs, technical documentation and automation-related documentation.

- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks wherever applicable.

- Work with UiPath AI-enabled capabilities including Document Understanding, Communication Mining and AI Center.

- Integrate automation workflows with enterprise systems, applications and supporting technologies.

- Work with version control platforms such as Git, GitHub and GitLab.

- Support CI/CD practices for automation development, testing and deployment.

- Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes and implement appropriate fixes.

- Ensure developed solutions meet scalability, reliability, security and performance requirements.

- Collaborate with business, technology and automation teams throughout the RPA development lifecycle.
