Education : Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or related fields

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Data Privacy to lead and manage data privacy initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data privacy, people management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with global standards and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage data privacy programs and initiatives across the organization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection standards

- Drive risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks

- Manage stakeholder communication across all levels, including senior leadership

- Handle critical situations and make informed decisions under pressure

- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve business objectives

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of compliance service offerings

- Ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions

Experience & Skills :

- 12+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Data Privacy and People Management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Ability to collaborate, lead, and execute across multiple initiatives

- Experience in project management, risk management, and internal control systems

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in a global organization

- Fluency in English with the ability to lead presentations and meetings
