Leadership & People Development :

- Experience in a Senior-level role mentoring and guiding either Software Engineers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers.

- Strong passion for team building, talent development, and creating collaborative environments.

- Experience designing technical solutions and establishing project plans to accomplish technical plans.

- Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Leadership :

- 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or full stack development.

- Experience leading teams delivering end-to-end applications.

- Hands-on experience building solutions with generative AI technologies.

Required Technical Skills :

Full Stack Development :

- Expert-level Python for data science and web development.

- Strong React and modern JavaScript experience.

- RESTful API development and web services.

- Database technologies and SQL programming.

- Docker containerization and deployment practices.

AI & Cloud Platforms :

- Cloud platforms experience (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).

- Generative AI implementation and prompt engineering.

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for AI/ML deployment.

- Big data technologies (Azure Synapse, Spark, Databricks).

Data Science & Analytics :

- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

- Data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

- Business experiments design and hypothesis testing.

- Data visualization (Power BI preferred).

Major Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers.

- Act as a technical leader, developing.

- Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.

- Foster innovation and technical excellence culture.

- Recruit and onboard team members.

Technical Strategy & Delivery :

- Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives.

- Oversee end-to-end AI application development.

- Ensure integration between data science models and production systems.

- Guide generative AI implementation and best practices.

Collaboration & Project Management :

- Partner with Global Data & AI teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept to production.

- Implement agile methodologies for diverse project types.

Innovation & Technology :

- Stay current with AI technologies, especially generative AI and full stack development.

- Guide experimentation with new technologies.

Education :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field required.
