Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and backend applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.

- Define and own the test automation strategy aligned with business and release goals

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, and backend)

- Write high-quality, maintainable test code in Java Selenium.

- Perform code reviews of test code and provide feedback to improve test design and coverage.

- Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to resolve issues.

- Analyse test failures, identify root causes, and drive fixes

- Drive automation for UI, API, regression, smoke, and sanity test suites

- Identify automation candidates and ensure optimal test coverage and ROI

- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

- 8- 10 years of hands-on experience in software development or testing.

- Domain knowledge in Healthcare DICOM

- Strong experience with manual testing and test case design techniques.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities

Good to Have :

- Proficiency in test automation frameworks.

- Experience with REST API testing using tools like Karate

- Exposure with Performance Testing (e.g., JMeter).

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (e.g., GCP, AWS).
