Job Description :

- Perform manual and automated testing for a Linux-based embedded desktop application.

- Identify automation opportunities and improve coverage using Python, Robot Framework, and Squish.

- Explore and adopt new automation tools as needed.

- Ensure compliance with Quality Management processes for medical software testing.

- Collaborate with SMEs for exploratory testing specific to embedded visualization applications.

- Actively participate in scrum ceremonies and cross-functional discussions.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain manual test procedures and automated test scripts.

- Work on automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Squish (v9); familiarity with QF-Test, Selenium is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Linux, Python(v3), and Shell scripting.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, etc.).

- Good communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools and technologies.

- Experience in testing medical or embedded software.

- Knowledge of additional automation tools like Protractor, Cypress is desirable.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 4 years of experience in test automation.

- Hands-on experience with Python, Robot Framework, and Squish.

- Familiarity with SQLite and database validation.

- Exposure to hardware/device testing (e.g., ECG machines).

- Strong understanding of UI, API, and DB testing methodologies.
