Job Description:

Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant/Senior Consultant.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts.

- Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces.

- Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports.

- Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL.

- Able to debug and modify fast formulas.

- Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams.

- Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment.

- Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions.

- Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues.

- Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.

- Senior Consultant should be able to demonstrate SME level of skill and experience while supporting the client in all the stages of delivery cycle.
