Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM solutions across multiple project types. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Core HR and Absence Management, with experience spanning implementation, enhancement, support, upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into functional specifications.

- Drive functional design discussions and recommend best-fit PeopleSoft HCM solutions aligned with business needs.

- Support various project engagements including full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, production support, upgrades, data conversion, and integrations.

- Configure and support PeopleSoft Core HR and Absence Management modules.

- Perform impact analysis for change requests and assess downstream process impacts.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams for development, integrations, interfaces, reporting, and issue resolution.

- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements within PeopleSoft HCM.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM.

- Strong expertise in Core HR and Absence Management.

- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and test documentation.

- Hands-on experience with business process analysis and solution design.

- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in additional modules: Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, TAM, Performance Management, Compensation, or Learning Management.

- PeopleSoft Fluid functionality, PUM/Image upgrade exposure, and integration knowledge.

- Proficiency in reporting tools such as PS Query or BI Publisher.
