Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and validating various aspects of the asset management system, including asset registry, EAM foundation, and planned maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of asset hierarchy, data structures, and functional processes, as well as the ability to provide guidance on IFS capabilities.

About the Role :

This position involves working closely with functional teams to ensure that processes align with the capabilities of the IFS system. The ideal candidate will have experience with process mapping and will be able to provide IFS-specific guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configures asset registry, EAM foundation, and PM (planned maintenance)

- Validates asset hierarchy and confirms data structures

- Reviews and works from the pre-burner / 2CA model

- Ensures functional processes align with IFS capabilities

- Provides IFS-specific guidance to functional team during process mapping

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of asset management systems and processes

- Experience with IFS or similar systems

- Ability to configure and validate asset registry, EAM foundation, and planned maintenance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with process mapping and functional team guidance

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications :
