Job Title : Configuration Lead / Senior Consultant o9 Supply Planning & MEIO.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced o9 Supply Planning & MEIO Configuration Lead with 8+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience in o9 Solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and configuration expertise in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO).

The candidate will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of o9 planning solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize inventory, improve service levels, and reduce supply chain costs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of o9 Supply Planning and MEIO modules.

- Configure and optimize Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) models.

- Design inventory optimization strategies across multi-level supply chain networks.

- Configuration Scope :

1. Inventory Policies, Safety Stock Calculations, Target Stock Levels, Reorder Point Policies, Service Level Targets, Planning Parameters, Supply Policies, and Planning Hierarchies.

- Supply Planning Models :

1. Supply Balancing, Constraint-Based Planning, Capacity Planning, Deployment Planning, and Replenishment Planning.

- Build and maintain planning workflows and business rules in o9.

- Perform configuration validation, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable planning solutions.

- Work closely with Integration teams for ERP connectivity.

- Support master data design and planning data quality.

- Mentor junior consultants and conduct solution design workshops.

Required Skills :

- o9 Platform : 3+ years of hands-on experience in o9 Solutions. Strong expertise in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, MEIO, Supply Network Modeling, Planning Workflows, Planning Hierarchies, and Business Rules Configuration.

- MEIO Functional Expertise : Strong understanding of Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization, Safety Stock Optimization, Target Inventory Calculation, Buffer Stock Planning, Service Level Optimization, Demand Variability, Lead Time Variability, Inventory Positioning, Replenishment Policies, Inventory Cost Optimization, Network Inventory Optimization, Inventory Segmentation, Decoupling Points, and Stock Transfer Planning.

- Supply Planning : Experience in Supply Planning, Constraint-Based Planning, Demand-Supply Matching, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Deployment Planning, Distribution Planning, Available-to-Promise (ATP), and Inventory Planning.
