- 3 - 6 years total experience.

- Minimum 1 - 2 years hands-on o9 platform experience if not (Blue Yonder supply chain strong/Kinaxis).

- Only immediate joiners/currently serving.

Location:

- Currently remote and should be flexible to travel Bangalore required as needed.

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.

Must have:

- Experience or strong knowledge in Revenue Growth Management.

- Implement supply planning configurations on o9, including testing and validation.

- Explain project work, business use cases, and configurations to stakeholders.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL/Python.

- Support planning hierarchies, master data, allocation/replenishment, and inventory optimization setups.

- Analyze and resolve issues in data models, integrations, APIs/ETL, and transformations.

- Participate in requirement discussions, demos, and team collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Functional Expertise:

- Strong hands-on Demand planning/supply planning implementations.

- Good understanding of demand/supply processes, inventory optimization, planning hierarchies/master data, allocation/replenishment logic, and supply chain best practices.

- Ability to confidently explain projects and configurations.

2. Technical / Techno-Functional Skills:

- Strong SQL: complex queries, data validation/reconciliation, analysis/troubleshooting.

- Good Python: data manipulation, automation scripts, processing/validations.

- Understanding of o9 data models/datasets, integrations/interfaces, APIs/ETL, data mapping/transformations.

- Independent issue analysis/resolution.

3. Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and client interaction skills.

- Good stakeholder collaboration.

- Proactive and quick learner with minimal guidance.

- Confident in discussions and demos.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in end-to-end implementations.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- Supply chain planning consulting experience.

- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
