As an S4 Service Management consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP S/4HANA service solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions to align with client-specific business processes and operational goals.

- Configure core service modules including service orders, service contracts, and resource planning to optimize service delivery cycles.

- Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to document functional specifications and translate them into technical design documents.

- Lead system testing, integration validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the service management landscape.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-implementation support to resolve complex system issues and enhance overall user experience.
