Summary of Position :



The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders.


This role focuses on Salesforce.com development and requires experience in UX/UI design. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT systems and business processes, and the ability to translate complex business practices into actionable technical requirements.


This position will act as a liaison between the development team and business product owners, providing subject matter expertise on business processes when the product owner is not available.



Key Responsibilities :



- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business product owners and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


- Act as the business process expert for Salesforce.com, providing insights and clarifications to enhance the integration and utilization of Salesforce.com solutions.


- Solution Design & Integration : Work closely with development teams to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements.


- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication, ensuring that functionalities are aligned with business needs and integrated effectively with other IT systems.


- Provide guidance and clarification on Salesforce.com functionalities and requirements to both the development team and business stakeholders.


- UX/UI Design : Lead the UX/UI design process for IT solutions, creating intuitive and effective user interfaces.


- Experience with Figma is preferred but not required.


- Systems Specification s: Develop and configure system specifications to address business requirements and fit with the company's system architecture standards, including Salesforce.com.


- Compliance Standards : Ensure that software compliance standards are met and that Salesforce.com solutions adhere to these standards.


- System Interfaces : Evaluate interfaces between systems and operational requirements, including how Salesforce.com integrates with other systems.


- System Parameters : Establish and document system parameters and formats, ensuring system compatibility with Salesforce.com and coordinating modifications as needed.


- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery.



- Ensure that Salesforce.com processes are aligned with these improvements.


- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and design mockups related to Salesforce.com and other IT solutions.


- Liaison Role : Act as a liaison between the development team and business product owners to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.


- Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and Salesforce.com when needed.



Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications :



- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business systems Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.


- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.


- Extensive experience with Salesforce.com development and customization, including system specifications and integration. (Process management Exp, process mapping, data flow, requirement gathering).


- Proficiency in UX/UI design, with Figma experience preferred.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse

stakeholders.


- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, use case development, and requirements elicitation.


- Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.



Preferred Skills :



- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).


- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.


- Experience with change management and training initiatives.



Work hours : 1 PM to 10 PM IST
