You will own the customer-facing experience and help us improve activation, engagement, conversion, and retention through better product execution.

What You Will Do :

Product Development :

- Build and maintain Flutter applications / app / suitable builds for Akidha

- Develop new customer-facing features

- Improve app performance and responsiveness

- Deliver high-quality releases at speed

Product & Growth Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams

- Translate business requirements into customer experiences

- Support rapid experimentation and iteration

- Help improve customer engagement through product improvements

Integrations & Performance :

- Integrate APIs and third-party services

- Improve app performance and stability

- Ensure seamless experiences across Android and iOS

- Support analytics and event tracking implementation

Engineering Excellence :

- Write, prompt and analyse clean, maintainable code

- Participate in code reviews

- Contribute to testing and release processes

- Maintain high engineering standards

What We're Looking For :

Must Have :

- 3-6 years experience in Flutter development

- Strong Flutter and Dart expertise

- Experience building production mobile applications

- Strong understanding of APIs and mobile architecture

- Experience publishing and maintaining Android/iOS apps

- Strong problem-solving skills

Good To Have :

- Firebase experience

- Experience in HealthTech, E-commerce, or Consumer Apps

- Basic understanding of backend systems

- Experience in startup environments
