Job Description

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business teams to identify solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture requirements and validate solutions.

3. Process Analysis & Improvement :

- Understand, design, and propose process flows for business operations.

- Suggest business process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

4. Impact Assessment & Change Management :

- Assess the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes, and stakeholders.

- Manage change effectively by preparing business users for transitions and ensuring smooth adoption.

5. Technical Understanding :

- Be conversant with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Understand development terminology and technical jargon to communicate effectively with IT teams.

6. User & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

7. Project Management :

- Lead and manage end-to-end projects using detailed project plans, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, assess impact.
