As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be collaborating with internal customers and stakeholders being responsible to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support various functional organizations within the Sales group. The Sales analytics team partners with the entire Sales organization to ensure strategic decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be an integral part of Akamais Sales Operations and Analytics team. You will design, develop, and deploy dashboards which provide substantial insights that Sales generates to educate and guide key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for :
- Identifying and implementing high performance business value creation and transformation by delivering analysis in support of the Sales groups agenda
- Working with stakeholders and analytics team to deliver dashboards that meet end users requirements
- Providing Data Intelligence by designing, developing, and building intuitive dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems
- Aligning dashboard design to sales strategy, business actions and outcomes
- Analyzing complex data to understand feasibility and expand our dashboarding capabilities
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Sales data and dashboards
- Providing assistance to the team on business strategy, process improvements, documentations, and on-going operations. Highlight opportunities and provide practical, action-focused recommendations
Do what you love :
To be successful in this role you will :
- Have bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience delivering high quality dashboards, preferably in a Sales environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau development which includes developing data sources, dashboards, complex calculations, RLS, and visualizations
- Demonstrate advanced SQL query writing skills, preferably with experience using Oracle.
- Possess excellent communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills and effective articulation skills to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (predictive modeling, sakes forecasting, churn/propensity analysis) and experience using Python, ML tools, or AI-powered analytics platforms
- Be a good team player, drive for results, ability to multi-task, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment
- Be able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
