AjnaLens is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra India).

We are seeking a highly driven DevOps professional with 5- 8 years of experience, who can design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and automation across environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in product-led environments, takes ownership of infrastructure reliability, and enables engineering teams to ship faster and safer.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building and optimizing our cloud-native infrastructure that powers next-generation AR smart glasses and XR platforms.

Top 3 Daily Tasks :

- Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments.

- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters (GKE) for production-grade applications.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required :

- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.

- Strong production experience with Terraform, GCP, GKE, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess :

- Deep hands-on expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).

- Strong experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

- Proven working knowledge of GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).

- Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, scaling, and orchestration.

What Youll Be Expected to Do :

- Architect and manage scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform.

- Ensure high availability, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Collaborate closely with backend, AI, firmware, and product teams to streamline releases.

- Continuously improve infrastructure performance, security, and deployment velocity.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

- Exposure to container security best practices.

- Experience working in deep-tech, product-based, or hardware-integrated environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
