Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail/POS solutions.

- Develop and customize MPOS/CPOS using the Dynamics 365 extensibility framework.

- Develop extensions and customizations using X++, C#, .NET, ADO.NET, and TypeScript.

- Work extensively with Commerce Runtime (CRT), Retail Server, Hardware Station, and POS components.

- Design and develop custom interfaces, forms, workflows, and business processes.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 Retail with third-party applications and external systems.

- Develop and maintain Real-Time Services and POS extensions.

- Configure and develop AX Retail/POS solutions based on business requirements.

- Analyze technical requirements and prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

- Follow Dynamics 365 customization and development best practices.

- Develop and execute unit tests for custom-developed features.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, QA, and other technical teams.

Key Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development with X++ programming.

- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 MPOS/CPOS customization.

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail/POS development.

- Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, ADO.NET, and TypeScript.

- Experience in customizing MPOS/CPOS, CRT, Retail Server, and Hardware Station.

- Hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 extensibility model.

- Experience integrating third-party applications and developing custom interfaces, forms, and business processes.

- Good understanding of POS Architecture and Real-Time Services Extensibility.

- Experience configuring and developing AX Retail/POS solutions.

- Knowledge of customization best practices and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

- Experience with unit testing for custom-developed features.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (VSTS).

- Strong knowledge of SSRS report development.

- Experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 MPOS and AX solutions.
