About the Role :

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Functional Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD, MM and/or CS to support an SAP S/4HANA RISE 2025 implementation for a leading retail organization in the Electronics Industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, retail business processes, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment. Candidates with exposure to S/4HANA Retail and electronics/consumer electronics business processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Retail.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and process mapping.

- Configure SAP solutions based on business and retail process requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams and integration teams.

- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.

- Support integration between SD, MM, CS and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT and defect resolution.

- Support data migration activities, validation and reconciliation.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents and user guides.

- Provide support during cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

- Identify process improvements and recommend standard SAP solutions wherever applicable.

- Participate in workshops, solution discussions and design reviews.

- Ensure solutions follow S/4HANA and SAP Retail best practices.

Module-Specific Requirements :

SAP SD :

- Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation.

- Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Experience in sales orders, deliveries, billing and pricing.

- Knowledge of customer master/business partner processes.

- Experience with pricing procedures, condition techniques and output management.

- Knowledge of returns, credit/debit processes and intercompany scenarios.

- Experience integrating SD with MM, FI and other modules.

- Retail sales and distribution process knowledge is preferred.

SAP MM :

- Strong experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation.

- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- Experience in purchasing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods movements.

- Knowledge of inventory management and stock transfer processes.

- Experience with material master and vendor/business partner processes.

- Understanding of pricing and account determination.

- Experience integrating MM with SD, FI and other SAP modules.

- Retail procurement and inventory processes will be an advantage.

SAP CS :

- Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS) processes.

- Experience with service notifications, service orders and service processing.

- Understanding of equipment and functional location management.

- Experience with warranty-related processes.

- Knowledge of repair/service scenarios and after-sales processes.

- Integration knowledge between CS, SD, MM and FI.

- Exposure to electronics/consumer electronics after-sales service processes is highly desirable.

SAP S/4HANA Retail Experience :

Candidates should have :

- Minimum 1 complete End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation.

- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Retail business processes.

- Experience working on S/4HANA implementation methodology and lifecycle.

- Knowledge of S/4HANA simplification and standard business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering through go-live.

- Ability to work in a transformation environment involving business process redesign.
