AIonOS - Senior Service Delivery Manager

Program Management :

- Program management in web app development with Microsoft tech stack.

Managed Projects :

- Integration with Microsoft Azure Integration Layer, cross-platform business applications & payment gateways.

- Middleware support related to installation and configuration of the SSL certificates, application servers and web servers.

Collaboration with COE Team :

- Leveraging Oracle COE for solutioning, design, code reviews & effort estimation.

- Leveraging Salesforce COE for solutioning, design, code reviews & effort estimation.

- Leveraging middleware and DevOps COE for supporting version upgrades, middleware support, SSL certificate renewals & back-end support.

Resource Management :

- Resource allocation, attrition and transition management.

- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Coordinating with multiple internal (vendor) teams for technical & Commercial proposals.

- Facilitate problem-solving and troubleshooting sessions as needed.

Managed Projects (Types) :

- Set up Drupal environment (local, staging, production) along with Theme development or customization.

- Installation and configuration of the CMS Modules.

- 6+ years of experience in enhancement & operations support in Drupal based projects.

- Exposure to PHP, Python, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Apache, MySQL, Angular JS, Azure Services, etc.

- Shall be comfortable with Linux and Windows OS.

Content Migration :

- Hands on experience in version Upgrade of Drupal along with content migration from existing CMS to alternative tools.

- Exposure to PHP frameworks for architectural development.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and version control systems like Git and Azure TFS.

User Roles, Permissions & SEO Optimization :

- Define and implement user roles and permissions.

- Implement basic SEO best practices.

Integration :

- Integration with Microsoft Azure Integration Layer, cross-platform business applications & payment gateways.

- Middleware support related to installation and configuration of the SSL certificates.

Testing, Documentation & Support :

- Perform unit and integration testing along with documentation for site architecture, module usage, and maintenance.

- Understanding the ITSM framework especially Incident and Problem management.
